Be the regular people trust.
Regulars only works if the reviews are honest. These rules keep it that way. Break them and your reviews come down; break them often and your account does too.

Do
- Review places you actually ate at, with photos you took yourself.
- Say what you ordered and what you paid. It helps the next person more than adjectives.
- Be honest when it's just okay. "Siguro" is a perfectly good answer.
- Come back and review again on another day. That's how you become a regular.
Don't
- Review your own place, your family's place or your employer's. Not even once.
- Accept money, free food or favours for a review, or post one on someone else's behalf.
- Attack people. Review the food and the experience, never a person's looks, background or private life.
- Make claims you can't back up, like "nalason ako dito" or "they use expired meat". If something made you sick, report it to the place and your local health office first.
- Post photos of other diners or staff where they can be recognised without their okay.
- Post spam, ads, links, or anything sexual, hateful or illegal.
Adding places
Add the real name, pin it where the door is, and check the suggestions first so we don't end up with two pages for the same place. If a place has closed for good, use Report and choose "Permanently closed".
Reporting
See something that breaks these rules? Tap Report on the review, photo or place. Reports are private. We review them and remove what breaks the rules. A review isn't removed just because it's negative.
If we remove something
If a review, photo or account is removed or suspended and you think that was a mistake, contact us and say which one and why. We aim to read reports within 3 days and to answer an appeal within 7 days. A person, not an automatic rule, makes the final call, and we will tell you what we decided and why. Reviews that make factual claims about a place (for example, about hygiene or illness) should say what you saw yourself; we may remove claims that are about something you didn't see.
For restaurant owners
You can't pay to change a rating, and you can't review your own place. If a review is false or breaks these rules, report it like anyone else. The best way to a better score is the same as always: food worth coming back for.
